Vershon eyes the latin dancehall market with his brand new single "Te Amo."

The track was recently released on the Dingy Memories Riddim, produced by Konsequence Music/J1 Productions. The dancehall deejay says the single has the potential to be a big striking specially amid his female fan base. "I am currently working on a number of projects with an emphasis on Te Amo considering of the feedback we take been getting," Vershon said. "Right now, we will be launching an aggressive promotional campaign around it and others singles heading into the terminal quarter of the year. So, fans can expect out for a lot of upcoming activities from me."

Vershon says that the early feedback has been good and then far and his team is currently pushing it in the overseas market especially in Central and Southward America.

"The women are loving this vocal, and they dear the Castilian vibe, particularly the chorus with Te Amo. Right now, Latin America is a huge market for music. That region has seen a surge in Internet use, mobile-telephone ownership, and social networking, so it would be a mistake to ignore that part of the market," he added.

Vershon, who scored a number of hits in Jamaica over the past ii year, says he is at present focusing on the international market place. Latin America has been seeing a big surge in music and media consumption and i of the genre gaining the most traction in that market is dancehall.
